The All Things Elle (ATE) packages have been crafted for the couple who values quality over quantity, meaningful relationships, and joy-filled experiences. Our clients tend to have more intimate weddings and want to fuse their unique personalities and style into their wedding day decor and experience. We do our best work when we can fully support you from the beginning, but we also have a lot of expertise to serve you if you have started your wedding planning process or have a desire to be more involved and take leadership in your own planning journey.   We are here for you regardless!  Let’s talk about how we work together:

Here is what you can expect when hiring All Things Elle for our Full and Partial planning and design packages:

  1. Complimentary Consultation: Start your journey with a virtual consultation, where we get to know you and determine the perfect package for your wedding. 
     

  2. Estimates & Booking: After personalizing your plan, we'll provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we'll send you an invoice and contract, requiring a 50% deposit to kickstart our collaborative journey.
     

  3. Kick-off Meeting: In our kick-off meeting, whether in-person or via Zoom, we dive deep into your inspiration, Pinterest boards, and your vision for your wedding. This intimate exchange sets the stage for crafting your custom wedding experience.
     

  4. Order of Events: Early in the planning process, we determine the best order of events for your unique needs, which can be used for your website, invitations, and guest/vendor communication.
     

  5. Resources & Tools: We will then begin securing vendors (The Elle Experience Only) and share our list of trusted favorites along with a tipping guide.
     

  6. Seamless Organization: Throughout the journey we dive into behind-the-scenes documentation, meticulous preparation, and comprehensive checklists to ensure a flawless planning process.
     

  7. Ongoing Collaboration: Enjoy the luxury of nine months (or more - from the day of booking) of planning meetings. Whether monthly or strategically timed, our Google Meet sessions, lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour, cover all necessary topics.
     

  8. ATE Inventory Access: Gain access to our exclusive inventory, offering you a range of beautiful details to enhance your wedding day.
     

  9. Budget Harmony: We keep a watchful eye on your budget and choices, guiding you to ensure your dream wedding aligns with your comfort zone.
     

  10. Vendor Meetings: We arrange in-person meetings with florists, caterers, venue staff, and DJs to solidify the full wedding experience. (The Elle Experience Only) Virtual follow-up appointments are available if needed.
     

  11. Venue Walkthrough #1: Shortly after booking your venue, we conduct an initial walkthrough to assess the layout, gather insights from venue representatives, and identify specific needs.
     

  12. Venue Walkthrough #2: Thirty days before your event, we conduct a final walkthrough to finalize the event layout, ensuring everything is perfect.
     

  13. Floor Plan Creation: Based on our expertise and recommendations, we map out the floorplan and flow of your venue.
     

  14. Timeline Creation: Created 2-3 months in advance, our detailed timeline ensures your wedding day runs seamlessly. We think of every moment that matters, both in front of and behind the scenes.
     

  15. Rehearsal Management: During the rehearsal, we'll ensure everyone feels confident about their roles on the big day. You have access to us for up to 2 hours.
     

  16. Onsite Wedding Day Management: On your special day, we're there before you arrive and stay until you depart. With our team onsite for up to 14 hours, we ensure everything is seamless, so you can savor every moment.

Our Day Of Coordination (DOC) Package is designed for the client who has meticulously planned their entire wedding day but seeks a dedicated professional to ensure flawless execution. Here's an in-depth look at what our DOC Package entails:

  1. Complimentary Consultation: Start your journey with a virtual consultation, where we get to know you and determine the perfect package for your wedding. (Book your consultation here.)
     

  2. Estimates & Booking: After personalizing your plan, we'll provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we'll send you an invoice and contract, requiring a 50% deposit to kickstart our collaborative journey.
     

  3. Pre-Event Communication: Our collaboration begins six weeks before your big day. At this time we ask for all wedding day details to be submitted:

    1. Timelines

    2. Decor Inventory List

    3. Songs Requested to DJ

    4. Complete Vendor Contact List

    5. Venue Layout Map

    6. Family Contact List​
       

  4. Detailed Review Meeting: At our first meeting we thoroughly review all submitted documents answering any questions. We're committed to as many additional conversations as needed to ensure every details aligns seamlessly.
     

  5. Vendor Coordination: Over the following weeks, we proactively reach out to all vendors, introducing ourselves as the Day of Coordinator, ensuring everyone is aligned with the plans.
     

  6. Onsite Wedding Day Management: On your day, our team is dedicated to executing all plans flawlessly. We are on-site for 8 hours, managing every detail to make your day stress-free and memorable. (additional hours may be purchased)

Rehearsal Dinner Planning: Let us handle the rehearsal dinner, from invitations to signage, floral, and dinner planning.

Guest List Management: Experience stress-free RSVP management with our Guest List service, ensuring every response is accounted for and no celebration moment is missed.

Rental Equipment Management, Pickup & Returns: We take care of all your rental needs, from selection to pickup, cleaning, and return.

Day of Stationery Needs: Just a month before your big day, we collaborate to customize signage, menus, and other printed materials, ensuring every detail reflects the uniqueness of your celebration.

 

Bar Organization: We gather and organize all the supplies needed for your bar setup, ensuring everything is ready for the bartender.

 

Dinner Service Team: We will put together a team specifically dedicated to managing glassware rentals and busing tables so you can have a top-notch dinner experience.

 

Heavy Lifting Team: Moving tables and chairs is the last thing you want to do on your special day! We’ll send a team out to do the heavy lifting for you.
